On 2nd april 2015 I gave birth to my son Aiden after a lot of scares during our pregnancy and a not so straightforward birth he arrived safe and sound.  The care we received from the drs and staff on shift at Dr Grays meant our little boy was delivered safely with interventions, that thankfully avoided us having to have an emergency section. However infections and feeding difficulties hindered us in the beginning; the one member of staff who stood out amongst them all was the community midwife Priscilla who came out to see us! She also looked after us during our hospital stay. She went above and beyond what any of the many midwives we had seen during our care and hospital stays. She took the time to work with us to help us continue our breastfeeding journey. She is the reason we have come as far as we have. We will be forever grateful.
